Wales does have it's flag, it's also represented on the Union Flag, but the flag of Henry Tudor (the dragon) is not. Anyhoo...

And welcome aboard biscuit. Given the Welsh flag is about as froody as flags get it seems only reasonable to unconditionally demand that it be represented here.
