Hi everybody,
I've been searching for a long time for some answers that relates to psychology , but i couldn't find a right answer for my questions i hope i could find them here,

like..
what about emotions, are they biological or psychological , do they born with the baby or its acquired depending on the situations that someone is passing by through his childhood!!

i know that scientists are still didnt find out the accurate answer yet but there are so many theories and i wana know the right answer between them, so if anybody can help me find some answers i'll be glad.

thanks in advance..

Welcome

Post it up as a new thread in

http://www.rationalskepticism.org/psychology/

My short 2 cents is that it is very much a mix of the two and baby comes equipped with non-verbal methods of expressing some basic needs/wants for parents....early on mom....to meet them. A quiet baby may not survive ....neither may one that annoys the alphas AFTER feeding.

The headache is definition.

Haaai.

Emotions are both biological and psychological. The biological basis for emotions is built-in; however, as humans develop, so do their emotions. Just as with many nature versus nurture questions, the finer details of such a dynamic system remain elusive.

They are chemical I think.

edit: as for the debate nurture vs nature I found E O Wilson's On Human Nature as a decent start despite knowledge in this area advanced since.
