Figured I'd do the typical intro here. Hi, I'm TaraJo.

What else? I'm a 34 year old student, I'm an atheist (duh) who is also a secular Buddhist; try and figure that out.

I'm also a disenchanted liberal, so far to the left that Obama looks like Ayn Rand. I'm also a pre-op transsexual and, well, what else does anyone want to know about me?

G'Day from Brisbane, Australia, and welcome into the lifeboat ! This is my greeting for all new members and contains some useful stuff for you.

If you haven't seen it already, you may want to take a look at our New Members' Welcome Pack which will give you some helpful resources such as how to modify your membership display settings, how to navigate around the forum, point you to some threads which address commonly asked questions from newbies, and gives you some handy links to other sites which will help you develop your skepticism. It also contains our forum rules, which we ask that you abide by at all times.

If you're new to this type of phpBB software on forums, you might like to take a look at our Handy Hints for Posting On The Forum, which will show you how to change your text, insert images & youtube clips, and do some other cool stuff.

And finally, as a house warming present for you, here's a few laughs for your entertainment.

Hi TaraJo.

Secular Buddhist: some accedes to the moral code of Buddhism but disavows supernatural enlightenment & rebirth. Howsat?

Are you Apple or Windows? Apple or Samsung? Windows or Android? Open Source or Closed Source? Linux or BSD? Amiga or Atari?

We can't have a proper roasting without your 'which option & why' answers, thanks.

XD Welcome to Ratskep.

Hey TJ.

Welcome to the forum.
We are alive, so the universe must be said to be alive. We are its consciousness as well as our own. We rise out of the cosmos and see its mesh of patterns, and it strikes us as beautiful. And that feeling is the most important thing in all the universe.

Hello TaraJo

If you could just pop your shorts off and jump up onto the bench someone will be along shortly to tattoo your Ratskep ID-number and insert your tracking chip.

Catch ya later :D
