OK. You might be surprised about the amount of energy your, er, 'simple' porridge contains.

It isn't really simple is it. It'd be a lot of work. Are you really interested in knowing the results?

Yes.

Blip, enjoy your coffee! :coffee: A very good use of almond milk, even in its current composition. Love your kitteh! Have for years. Image

And I - impolitely - did not acknowledge your kind words earlier. As for coffee, I do find that almond milk heats well, which cannot be said of all plant-based milks.

Yes. I tell you what - if you PM the the individual portion weights (grams), I'll have a go at working out the energy & nutrition.

Great! :) I don't want to "eye ball" the portions, so I have to do the equivalent of an archaeological dig to find the scale in storage. I might also use a volume based approach, but I don't even have a measuring cup! :o

When I made it the other day, the end result was a virtual Jethro bowl of porridge. But I need all that, as my job ATM involves extreme physical labor.

I know the feeling.

I have a shed...
If I say to someone "It's in the shed...", they give up.

Why would you expect that? Not even all dairy fulfills the "nutritional requirements of dairy".
