9/11 gave an excuse for US to stretch its arms, lowered its inhibitions, They just said to themselves" Why not get rid of people now that we have already started a war in afghanistan".

1) Trying to kill the Prime Minister. Possibly???, generally Pm's of other countries would have far greater security and there would have been a greater vetting of the concerned area. So, not too sure.
2) They knew where to find the PM. The news must have been widespread, where was the information given,which newspapers, was the information available internationally?.How long was the information given?. That might give us how long a time within which the attackers could plan early.
3) 2 explosions, we need to know which was the other place.
4) A gunman in cop uniform who kills indiscriminately. Where, how far from that place?.
5) We need to know the distance between these places.
6) What were the materials used in explosives?. Was there a timer?. How much of a controlled explosive it was?.
7) Where were the bombs placed?.

It gives a sense of planning in these explosions at least, how much of a timeframe was this plan made???
Not too sure of the gunman.How did they catch him?. It doesnt make sense, If it was an Islamist,then he should have taken place in an important place(from which they could kill a lot and have a good place to hide) like in Mumbai which was a prominent HOTEL which is visited by dignitaries,businessman etc. The terrorists in Mumbai were taking instructions, they were trained to kill and came to die. It was probably homegrown(Europe) attack, possibly a copy cat attack.
