That does surprise me. The content at his site (there are now multiple authors with submissions) does not strike me as manipulative or similar to those other mentioned right wing looney sites - he's very pro-Biden administration. He includes writers who post things with instructions to check their and other sources too. I don't know for sure and I may have been duped but I have never found/followed any click-bait there (I always ignore adverts) and the content is free to read. :dunno:

One of the New York legal threats appears to be abating unfortunately, eyes are on this new AG there. Perhaps Tish James effort will continue though.

It looks like there's still an embarrassment of riches as far as other legal issues though. Hypothetically if his tanned ass was actually on the line in multiple cases [and I mean he actually doesn't end up being able to slither out of any of them] what happens then in terms of coordination [or competition]?

I'm not sure, but I do know that you can be arraigned in multiple districts simultaneously, so it shouldn't matter. I don't think at this point he's going to face any charges. For whatever reason the guy has been able to commit crimes on a daily basis for decades, shit on people, be a piece of shit, and get away with it. Justice is not blind here. I don't know what the DA in New York is doing, and it doesn't appear that US AG Garland has any urgency to get him off the street. Possibly because of the inevitable backlash and violence from his asshole supporters. Too bad most people tend to be reasonable, because there are more of us than there are of them. They're not worried about the majority of people. The victims of Trump's crimes against the United States. / rant

I may have (I hope) I spoke too soon, I guess AG Garland did an interview with NPR saying everyone who committed crimes on Jan 6 will be prosecuted.
Glenn Kirshner is a former DC federal prosecutor who thinks Trump will be charged. But he said that a year ago too. Hopefully I'm wrong about Trump not facing charges, obviously.

I'll believe it when I see it. Lots of noises about Trump having committed crimes (some of which seem pretty egregious) but no apparent taste to bring any charges. Let's hope that means a properly researched and conducted case - better not to charge than to do so slapdash!

True. I do get impatient to see him do the perp walk on nation-wide TV. However I try to keep in mind that while it's obvious to most how he's highly likely to have committed multiple crimes, this requires solid unquestionable cases with bulletproof evidence and facts. One because he's historically a slippery bastard [although he has had cases go against him] and two for being an ex-president.

It does seem possible though that should one case against him be successful, there will be a number of cases brought once that precedent is set.
