He's an international laughing stock sure, but these gutless wonders need to grow a spine and stand up to him publicly instead of sniggering about him behind his back.

JT’s two facedness is not news to most Canadians. As usual, Trump is slow on the uptake.

They can't. All Trump backers have been screaming "less government" for decades. They got some of that, and all are in red states wanting all that.

It won't make a difference to his supporters. They honestly believe that they would be better off without programs like SNAP believing that they personally would pay less in taxes when in reality they already pay an effective tax rate of close to 0%. You can't fix that type of stupid.

Going forward to Nov 2020, need 1 impeachmnet (blame Senate and vote them out) 2 recession
Many studies have been published that prove that the economy almost always does better during Democratic administrations than Republican. Nine of the last 10 recessions have been under Republicans. And since World War II, 24.4 million more jobs created under Democratic presidents. Also, real GDP growth was 44% higher under Democratic presidents. Meanwhile, unemployment has been 18% higher under GOP presidents.

We probably have a similar pattern here, it seems by and large that conservatives suck at government.

looking at how they behave in government, we should stop parroting them by calling them „conservatives“ it looks more and more that they are and should be referred to as the „Destructive Party“

Yep. Anti-progressives. Anti-socialists.

But they do seem to have a hard-on for conserving inherited wealth, so there's that.
