He's a personal injury lawyer, which informs me how deep they had to go to find someone even willing to work with Trump. That even while it would be a high profile job, perhaps to help make a name of themselves. Someone who successfully worked an impeachment trial should have a positive effect on their career, and maybe it will for this lawyer. I'm a bit skeptical on that though. :lol:

I don't necessarily agree that the lawyer should have been targeted, sure I thought he was a fuckwit and seemed to lie more than once but he was doing his job [that he probably won't get paid for]. I think if people want to do such things their ire is better pointed at the craven senators that voted to acquit based on a wilful misrepresentation of the constitution?

As to other consequences; Russian Ron and Leningrad Lindsey appear to publicly criticise Moscow Mitch.

Sen. Ron Johnson (R-WI) took aim at Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) on Monday for scolding former President Trump for inciting the mob behind the deadly Capitol insurrection last month. Despite McConnell's vote to acquit Trump, Johnson took offense to the Senate minority leader's "scathing" Senate floor speech — much like fellow Trump loyalist Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) did during an interview on "Fox News Sunday."

Graham got the ball rolling the day after McConnell's comments, complaining to Fox News that the Senate GOP leader simply wasn't partisan enough for Graham's liking.

"I think Sen. McConnell's speech, he got a load off his chest, obviously, but unfortunately he put a load on the back of Republicans," Graham said. "That speech you will see in 2022 campaigns."

He didn't though. Nothing he did contributed to Trump being acquitted. Trump's defense team could have jerked each other off on the senate floor and you would have had the same result.

I wish they were going to get anything like what they’re suing for, but the process should be entertaining anyway. Dominion is unlikely to take a settlement, so we’re going to have a very public showing of just how truly insane the MyFiller guy is.

In case a reader thinks we're being unfair to the pill..ow pusher, this mini-documentary outlines how consequential some of his lies could be. He needs to be kept miles away from any politician's ear.
