Excellent episode, from a wonderful series.

I really like that episode, though I would argue he isn't breaking the Prime Directive since it had already been broken by that point really. Though that seems to be part of his struggle, if it was okay to break it to save people from the effects of it already being broken. Still a wonderful episode with an amazing ending and wonderful character development of Picard.
