That pic makes me want to watch Pete's Dragon for some reason.

With Phil the groundhog taking the role of Pete?

Given surreptitious57's commitment to fully and honestly responding in this thread, I am left wondering why he started it in the first place.

Catchy title, though.

The thread title and caps makes me think of The Misfits.

Is "watching Pete's dragon" some kind of euphemism I'm unaware of?

Y'know, I was kinda afraid that's how it would come across to folks who weren't raised on a diet of broken, low-budget Disney films.

If you wish that the entire human race would vanish, then why would you feel it necessary to share this with other humans? Are you seeking approval, seeking help or just trying to shock us with your extreme nihilism. Why would you care? Why are you even here?

Was that Puff the magic dragon?

I don't know. I remember, very dimly, watching a program with Puff the magic dragon when I was small. I wondered if that was the same movie as Pete's dragon.

No, Pete's Dragon was a live action feature film that had a big animated dragon in it. Also had a guy with a handlebar moustache, hence my original comment. Both had musical numbers, but Puff was a cartoon short.

From Pete's Dragon, though this clip doesn't feature the dragon. These two guys are the best part of the movie.

Not much to say about it when the OP won't answer simple direct questions :dunno:
