The same thing as pseudo-anything.
Something that disguises/asserts itself to be scepticism but isn't. For example, some people confuse scepticism with blind dismissal.

Hey Sofista.

Colour me confused, but given your question - why didn't you just type it into Google and read the wiki entry?

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pseudoskepticism

I'm not sure if it's in Portuguese too, but if there's something in that English entry you don't understand, then perhaps you can raise it here?

Since fanaticism is defined as "extreme beliefs that may lead to unreasonable or violent behaviour" and scepticism as "an attitude that shows you doubt whether something is true or useful", the expression "sceptic fanaticism" appears to be an oxymoron. So does "fanatic scepticism" for that matter.

I'm sceptical that sofista is here do discuss honestly.

I'm also a bit sceptical as to whether this is Sofista's first time around.

She revelled in adventure and imagination.
She never listened to no hater, liar,
Breaking boundaries and chasing fire.

Well there's the Skeptic Fanatics, who are the original group. Then there's the Fanatic Skeptics (splitters) and the Fanatical Skeptics (splitters), also the Skeptical Fanatics (splitters), the Fanatic Skeptics Front (splitters), The Popular Skeptic Fanatics Front (splitters) and the Peoples Front of Popular Fanatical Skeptics (splitters).

The series of short questions without any engagement in discussions concerning them does engender a feeling of déjà vu.

Hopefully not. Babies are too young to be stuck in one of them.
