Found a couple of 13.1 billion light year distant galaxies.
Luscious and blue cloaked in clouds the Earth spins it's way through a universe of dimensions and splendour utterly beyond comprehension.

Thanks Rumraket,

I found a couple at 13.1 billion too. But can anyone find one older, or at least play a decent tune with their mouse strokes?

That's awesome. I didn't realize the average distance of the galaxies in the ultra deep field was so far. My mind is reblown.

Catalog Entry Number 1

Once upon a time I aspired to get my Messier Certificate. Too far to get out of the city lights so I settled on the moon, planets, double stars, and the brighter open/globular clusters and galaxies. Seems like an eon ago though. :(
