Venus has recently passed inferior conjunction with Sol and will soon be the "Morning Star" again. Anyhoo, the resulting "horns" of its atmosphere caught "green flashes" as it set recently and was observed through the Earth's turbulent lower atmosphere. Very :cool:

Note: This image is fairly detailed if you click twice on the image in order to zoom in. There is also an unidentified streak of light near the brightest unlabeled star (I think that the star is Canopus).
