For any scaremongering about carbon dioxide (Anthropogenic Global Warming), you can go to the web sites of all scientific organizations, including the National Academy of Sciences and the Royal Society. I know of no scientific organization which does not follow the belief system that the human species has control over a geological process on planet Earth.
Every internet forum which describes itself as atheist, rational, free thinking and skeptical has members who are overwhelmingly (greater than 97%) in line with anthropogenic global warming.
There are even sites for those who are not atheist or rational:
