No, you're right, but not directly. The dimensions of the manifold (because it's actually N-dimensional, not a 2D "relief map") represent various parameters of the Calabi-Yau manifold, their values resulting in varying physics and determining "position" on the "landscape," IIUC in terms of relative force strengths as well as particle types and masses.
