I think I've got this sussed so far. Have no problem with the clock analogy, yet. But then, I've never thought of clocks as anything as an abtraction. Probably because as long as I can remember I've always used watches with no numbers or marks to indicate were the number goes
But then, I had no problem with Why Does E=MC2 either 'til Chapter 4. Which is the chapter I'm about to go on to tomorrow.
