I have not heard a word from Apple concerning my 6+. What is the process of getting this $29 battery replacement, and what does it take to qualify? Mine is definitely failing, but I would give 3 times full price for the battery if I could get my landscape keyboard back. Still not over that, and I still see it as theft of functionality. If I want to take my mac desktop back to an earlier OS that option is there, but for some reason Apple cannot allow a phone to do so.
