Can someone help me with an iPad problem please? My wife has a iPad Air MD 785B/A and has software version 12.4.5 which won’t upgrade any further. She’s convinced it’s now past it’s sell by date and needs renewing, a thought which fills me with horror as mine is only a year younger and on 13.3.1.
Does it really need replacing? Should we just put anti virus software on machine? It is used mainly on shopping channels, email and txts.
I’m actually shocked, I have a very old steam driven Samsung R780 which still works fine and on W10.
Your advice greatly appreciated.
