I've collected fossils around here, mostly sealife. (Missouri is the logical spot to look for marine fossils, because of the Flood and all that.) One day my cousin was looking at my display and touched one with an awed look. Then, in a hushed voice, she said, "I wonder if we're even supposed to ask why God made some creatures out of stone."
