I haven't had many conversations with crazy religious people (thank fuck!), but two things stick in my mind:
Jehovas Witnesses on my doorstep: "We know the bible is true because it's the word of god"
"But how do you know that?"
"Because the bible tells us!"
Alrighty then...
Me and my mother-in-law:
ME: "So what do you think about evolution then?"
HER: " What? That we come from monkeys? Amy! Are you crazy? I am a christian! I believe what god tells us in the bible!"
