This is a joke, right? 
Nope. He was a guy handing out small religious books and trying to save people from hell and we got into a conversation. He didn't appear to be crazy, and I think that even he realized what he had said and was a little put off by it as well. Nonetheless, I think he stuck by it because he thought that he just had to say it for argument sake. I made him promise me that he wouldn't kill his son before I left though.
