You started asking "Why's my nose running?" - so that's a why question. Is this some great new and welcome revelation to you?

Of course you might not have meant why as in, "is there an ultimate purpose to my runny nose?", but instead have meant the question to be "what is the cause of my nose running and how does that affect me?".
