One thing that made me laugh about this was the reason given for withdrawing their kid - "he was confused".
So when he studies physics and is confused by the behaviour of electrons, would they withdraw him?
If quadratic equiations confuse him in mathematics class, would they march him out of school in high dudgeon?
What will happen when in RE, when he discovers that there are "other gods"? His little brain will explode and they'll probably have to leave the planet.
