That too. You don't need to know with certainty that something isn't the case to consider there to be no reason to believe that something is the case. I see no reason to believe that my memory of going to the supermarket yesterday to pick up some milk, was actually a false one implanted in my head by Sauron. But I can never be 100% sure of that. Does that make saying "yesterday I went to the supermarket and bought some milk" a claim of omniscience?
