I think that's a perfectly suitable usage of infinite power, knowledge and benevolence.
You could probably formalize it by having some angels blare horns from the clouds, then bellow out in a great booming voice that shakes the very foundations of the Earth: LITTERING SHALL BE KNOWN AS EPOXY... HENCEFORTH!
