Hey, whats good yall?
Well, where do i begin?
I guess some of the mods already know this, but I registered a few months ago, but i wasn’t allowed to login due some forum error. But i am glad i am finally here, and someday participate in the discussion.
So about me, im an ex muslim still in highschool. I sepnt about 2 years studying and struggling with the islamic texts, and with the magic of cognitive dissonance, i was able, although without sacrificing my mental and physical health, to both believe in the absolute infallible religion and the errors presented to me. Anyway, this summer i went to Dubai(My parents noticed my depression and thought i needed to leave the country) for vacation. Ironically, although every antiislamic site was banned, I finally did my research on Ahteism on Youtube, and decided to leave islam, in a Muslim Country! Ha, I remember before i left to go to the UAE saying their was no wai id ever leave islam.
Anyway, I started watching videos and reading comments, and i did more research and this forum was a gold mine! You are all amazing people! I have dozens and dozens of saved pages of this site in my bookmarks.
And i guess i hit all the checkmarks random people online need to know about me, so uhhhh, night?
