Hey guys, I just noticed that I had a (relatively) old account here. Probably didn't find it suitable, for whatever reasons.

Having changed a bit though, I thought I would try it out again.

One big change is I've been turned into I bit of a fitness enthusiast. Any others here?

Lately, I've been doing daily small stuff, to make things a bit better for myself. For example, 45 day in a row today, when I finished my resistance workout. Another is that last year, I ran 3000km, down significantly from the previous year, but still quite enjoyable.

Also, since it is very easy to offend the pudgy and the unfit, don't forget I AM one. We are all at both extremes, depending on how we see ourselves at the moment. If I'm roasting fatties, I'm very likely talking about me. Or real-life fatty pork.
