Really? I wouldn't, steal a TV from a store and the store no longer has the TV to sell, someone has lost tangible assets and that is theft. Copyright infringement takes nothing but 'potential' revenue, and if depriving someone of potential revenue is a crime then I should be locked up for walking down the high street and not visiting any stores.
