I think what your defintion of easy to use isnt mine, I don't consider Facebook to be easy to use, twitter or these forum to be easy to use.
It's still early days on digital products business it trying to get the businesss model right (ie which type of DRM). As I've said before I suspect in the end accessing the internet won't be a right but a privilege like going on a road with a driving license
