Sorry most 'moderate' users wouldnt even know what DRM is never mind be unhappy about it. This really isnt about DRM its about people who are prepared to spend money on digital products and those who arent prepared to spend basically anything. The idea that there are people who would spend lots of money if there was less DRM is to put it bluntly bollocks.

I don't see the connection to a War on Drugs, no one is saying drugs should be freely avaliable to anyone without any restrictions on how or where they are sold (I'm quite happy to see them sold as a restricted product like alcohol). I also don't think its anywhere near as difficult to fight, many ISP's make bittorrent unusable in peak hours purely to how they control bandwidth

You keep arguing that because you have limited computer saavy, that most users must also. It seems to anecdotal for me to blindly accept. I'd like to see figures for these claims. Thanks! :)
