No, according to Catholic doctrine no one is in heaven and no one is in hell...yet.
The Creed says "He [Christ] will come again in glory to judge the living and the dead."
Since Christ has yet to return, no one has yet been judged and all the dead are still resting and waiting.
Except for the Saints who are guaranteed Heaven and can talk to GodJesusHolySpiritMary even if they are not in Heaven yet?
