Also don't forget to ask, since the F35 is supposed to be the perfect do-everything-well platform, how well it will survive below 10K AGL in the FASTFAC role, and what its battlefield loiter time with full bomb load is.
We had a plane once that was going to win everything BVR - they were so confident of this that they didn't even put a gun on the F4 at first. Then we went into a non-textbook fight, and learned that dogfighting is still important.
