And learned the hard way too. Unless this plane can scan the ground and pick out every enemy combatant, has 360 degree scanning and can fire missiles in any direction and remain undetectable, i'm not quite sure how it's going to fulfill the roles it's been given.

Of course, it will be effective in the field but that's only because of the quality of the opponents. I want to see how it's going to perform in each role but that's years away yet and if we (UK) have built our aircraft carriers around this one plane (and sold all our harriers) and it turns out we don't end up using it that's going to be fucking stupid with bells on.
