It is a direct translation and the official one.

In Dutch:
Artikel 1
Allen die zich in Nederland bevinden, worden in gelijke gevallen gelijk
behandeld. Discriminatie wegens godsdienst, levensovertuiging, politieke
gezindheid, ras, geslacht of op welke grond dan ook, is niet toegestaan


Is "any other grounds whatsoever".


Then for obvious reasons you have a very silly even if well meaning constitution (its not like the more sensible EU charter/treaties where they specifically list the exceptions to general 'rights'?)
