I watched the video again and it's not that they got new legislation enacted it was the non-religious getting added to a long list of the protected groups of the Madison Equal Opportunities Ordinance.
Scot...does the Netherlands have any anti-discrimination/equal opportunities legislation or does the constitution suffice?
The constitution is the law. Nothing further required. We dont have a list of protected groups as everyone is protected.
The only thing protected is professions and like all lists they present problems.
