If he was a SWAT member then I'm assuming he was using a carbine and if that's the case I agree with you. Something's not right about this. Looking at the video again there was indeed a carbine on site. Earlier I had thought perhaps this was an ill-advised shot with a pistol. I also wasn't aware that there were two missed rounds.
