Showed him to be the bungling fool he is. Where did I say he would have more supporters? I said he did NOT have many supporters after being knifed by Gove.
OK. You put it as a question so I read you as questioning the point rather than stating it as the case.
He walked into a trap and lacked the support to survive it. I agree that did nothing to gain him support for a leadership bid.
