So Tories give DUP a 1 billion bung today in exchange for queens speech support. Brilliant.
What about the Barnett Formula, Scotland and Wales cry. (and England, to be fair)
Well, no, that kicks in when additional is spent in England, and proportionately the devolved administrations get more as well. See, this 1billion is just a bung, for electoral support. There's no Barnett for Bungs. No Corruption Barnett.
So that's all fine. Isn't it?
