If your windows are tinted, even within the law, the law will pull you over "just to check". (Because apparently laws setting limits on window tint, supposedly for officer safety AFTER pulling someone over, don't really matter when they can be used as an excuse to pull you over anyhow).
But if you don't have tinted windows, and you're silly enough to be a minority, they'll see that and pull you over for DWB. (In the daytime, at least - comparing day vs night data is one of the best ways to show that the excessive numbers of minorities subject to traffic stops is due to police bias rather than any sort of actual wrongdoing on the part of the motorists - the racial disparities disappear at night.)
