Of course I faced prejudice when trying to get nursing job especially involving kids but also with elderly .. this kind of job is not for a man.. but I would not dream of enforcing/imposing my system of believes on anyone else despite it. Perhaps nursing jobs will stay female domain for some time but the only thing I feel I can do is to lead by example.
