The diversity programmes you speak of, I have no idea what they are so I cant comment and I have no idea how to make nursing jobs more appealing for men. Oh actually I do; increase wage and install big screens so they can watch football during night shifts.


The obvious thing a diversity program could try to do is discourage voicing of things like "this kind of job is not for a man" or " you only have that job because of diversity targets" or " Women are biologically unsuited to tech jobs". Education, publicity, disciplinary action...
