A dead person is a dead person in any country, anything else is highly subjective (even rape which is almost impossible to count never mind commonly define)
??? Subjective? How is being beaten to an inch of life subjective (that is violent assault and not a homicide statistic). Furthermore, your disregard of rape statistics is not only disgusting but why the term rape culture was invented.
