People who receive any government welfare get that freezed, people who receive Medicare get that freezed so they cannot renew prescriptions if they need to. I’ve never seen it happen. If the government tries to pass a bill it doesn’t have the votes for, the government has to have an election. No way would there be a gridlock. It’s self destructive, so we don’t get bills that can’t pass. If one party doesn’t have a majority, there has to be bipartisanship.
