Ok, maybe, but they didn't manage to alter anything. Plus, there's paper backup in most states, there is here, in any case.
Given that only about 60% of registered voters bother to vote in a Presidential election, and somewhere south of 40% in midterms, they'd have to either be very lucky in who they deleted or they'd have to delete one fuck of a lot of people to make a difference. I can't see that going unnoticed.
