Massive irony, he's now at the mercy of the antivaxxers he aided. He's going to spend a long time on immunosuppressants to combat rejection, and will probably spend the rest of his life immunocompromised to at least some degree, and definitely susceptible to every little thing.
Still, at least he avoided the unknown long-term effects of the vaccine, eh?
