Yep. Remember the Patriot Act - many, if not most Congresspeople didn't read it before voting it in.
Well I'm assuming someone has broken it down in order to figure out its implications. I was hoping that there was a breakdown of it somewhere on the internet.
If I'm going to call my congressman, I want to at least understand it to some degree.
