You mean just over 10km, in 5 hours? Really?
These are world class athletes, that distance is nothing, you could walk it at a relaxed pace in half that time.
I'm not saying it wasn't a huge effort, it must have been, but the distance comparison is laughable.
As a very average runner, I was disappointed my first full marathon took 4:37.
