Typically no. Amusingly, you get a packet of pink sugar with a purchase of fruit from a street seller, but most street juice drinks are unsweetened - they're more likely to add salt than sugar.

Yup, most of this is the same here - it's not a big surprise that Thailand's got one of the biggest problems with obesity in the region, but unlike Malaysia, Thailand never does anything about it.
