He recently holidayed in Wuhan, say, visiting relatives to celebrate Chinese new Year, and is now back in Blighty preparing the prawn crackers in the Chinese Takeaway he work in.
This imaginative scenario obviously hasn't been paying any attention to the news in the real world in which Wuhan is under quarantine.
Similarly, it is also pretending that medical checks aren't made for arrivals from China.
