I have Kellog's All Bran Original for breakfast (about 27% fibre). I need this high fibre product for me to, er, 'work properly'. 
I haven't been able to buy any for 3 or 4 weeks from the local supermarkets (even Amazon are nil stock).
So, I rang Kellog's to find out why. Apparenly, they have experienced a 'toilet roll' situation (weird) which took them quite by surprise. They are addressing the situation.(Their other brands of cereal seem OK, but they are lower in fibre).
I did find a packet on ebay but they wanted £21 postage to ship from the States.
(Other brands appear to have only about 15% fibre or less).
